No service worker came, so he needed to walk the floor to find someone. One of the players at the table had his machine freeze, and the red blinking light came on. I was at a roulette table where there are about 7 seats, and 3 were out of service, on a Saturday afternoon no less. This place is dirty, and many of the machines were broken. I have been to many casinos and if you see one or 2 machines out that is alot. This place should be a goldmine but it is falling apart and my guess is that they will be looking for State Money to bail them out at some point in the future. This is a disgrace and not fair to the guests and we have no one to turn to to file our complaints except the people at the rewards desk and they are not willing to do anything about it. In addition many times throughout the year when they have a promotion the kiosks are out of order or the computers are down and everyone loses out on getting the promotions that they rightfully earned. And that I only earned 7300 The reason that I took a photo of the points earned is because I remember from a previous year that someone else had a similiar problem with the casino and was also cheated. When I showed them a photo that I took of the machine showing that I did in fact earn over 8000 points they said that it was a mistake. When I went to the players club instead of issuing me a new gold card they downgraded me to a silver card saying that I did not earn the 8000 points.

At the beginning of March 2018 I earned more then 8,300 points and I still had three weeks left before the end of March When I went to the Players Club they checked and issued me a Gold Card and said that I had to come back in April and they will issue me a new gold card good until March31, 2019. The Tier points show on many slot machines thruout the casino.

If you earned 8000 tier points from Apand March 31,2018 you are entitled to receive a Gold card for the entire following year. Each year Resorts World either upgrades or downgrades the players cards based on how many tier points they earned thruout the year. My latest incident with them was today April 2, 2018. They do not care about their guests at all. Resorts World Casino is absolutely the worst casino I have ever been to.
